What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- Being located in the suburbs on Edmonton, city transit does not run as often as the downtown core however this leads to a quieter neighborhood and the best sleep!
- We are located in a safe neighborhood close to the Edmonton Airport. However, this means we are a bit farther out from the downtown core, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from our guest suite.

Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen bed, read a book by the large windows, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.

This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen size beds, and a Queen Floor Mattress that you can set up in the living room - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sparkling clean washroom with shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

Guest access

You have full and total access of our guest suite with private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Windermere Currents - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Other things to note

-Additional guest fee apply after 2 guests

-All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

-We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

HOT TUB RULES
-hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night
-hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay
-please use the washroom and shower prior to using the hot tub to minimize amount of deodorant, oils, cream and dirt etc. that end up in the water.
-hot tub sessions are to be limited to 45 minutes or less
-only potty trained children should be allowed to use the hot tub
-no glassware in the tub or anywhere near the hot tub area
-please make sure to only wear proper swimwear in the hot tub as regular clothes leach detergents into the water which creates excessive foam.
-no food or other drink permitted in the tub
-do not remove the chlorine or pool monitor from the hot tub
-cover is to be placed back on after each use

*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of $500

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
