It was amazing awesome room great staff totally will stay again at our next concert very convenient for shopping and close to eogers arena..we loved our room and our veiw and poo room plus hot tub was on the top of.our building omg what a wonderful veiw of the city all the way around

I booked a 2 queen bed room, we were “upgraded” upon arrival.. to a 2 double bed room. Our first room, we had to be moved. There was wood shavings at the entry of the door inside the room, the floors in the bathroom were dirty and the tub had hair on the wall and the bottom of the tub. We were moved to another room, which the toilet wouldn’t stop running in, they had no maintenance worker at the time to fix it so my husband fixed it. We were right across from the elevator which was very noisy… it was a grungy feeling experience for $200 a night, especially as a “VIP”. Will not be returning.

Good location , great staff. The room we stayed in was grubby, and desk and baseboards were dusty. Coffee supplied did not fit in the coffee machine.
