What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing:
-This home is a basement suite with another short term rental unit on the main floor. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance.
- Our back yard is NOT fenced in, so anytime you let your pet outside, please ensure they are on a leash (and all pet droppings are picked up immediately)
-Our home does not have A/C, however, we do offer tall tower fans to help cool down the space in those warm summer months and opening the windows as well will create a great cross breeze!

This guest suite comfortably sleeps 4 with one king size bed and a comfortable queen pull out/fold down couch in the living room! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, washer and dryer, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
