stayed for 5 days (2 pax) positive: 1. nice and cozy hotel (facility). 2. superb location. its near bars and resraurants negative: 2. front desk didnt even bother to act when I called & requested for a dental kit. 3. 1 complimentary 500 ml water was given every day, even though 2 persons were occupying the room. and I already informed them about it on the 1st day. (resulted for me buy to the nearest Circle K store for Water and Dental Kit (Toothbrush & Toothpaste) summary: did not met my expectation since the hotel was on the pricey side.

Unsure if Hotels.com worth it.
We went for our anniversary and was pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded. Entered the room which was freezing. We turned heat up and went for supper. Came back and was still freezing. Called front desk and was told he has had a lot of complaints from that side of property. He has no more space heaters but brought up 1 extra blanket. When checking out they advised me they were sorry that happened but couldn’t do anything for me as I booked on here. :( Needless to say Anniversary was spent freezing in bed when we should have been nice and hot! ☺️😉

My check in experience was difficult. The check in agent chose not to like us , just for showing up. It took him 45 min to find my reservation. Then BLAMED ME, for adding my brothers name to the file. He was rude to us, even the next day, when we needed a room for another night. The bellman on the other hand went out of his way to be pleasant.

James at the front desk was very polite. The room was perfect, beds were very comfortable, mini fridge and bottles of water on the nightstand. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great on Whyte. Noisy university partiers post Halloween made me smile. Neighbourhood feels safe for solo traveller. Buses very handy. Breakfast included with helpful staff and an impressive spread was surprising. Loads of choices. Room way fine. Comfy bed. Very friendly staff.
