Nice hotel, friendly staff and excellent breakfast selection. Wasn’t completely happy with the ac unit in the room, but besides that I would say the stay overall was great. Upon arrival was greeted by very friendly staff and made us feel welcomed.

Rooms were nice and clean, I really liked that it had tall ceilings and it was quiet, couldn’t hear anyone else. Breakfast was okay - typical for continental. The hotel is close to alot of restaurants and stores and not too far of a drive to the Premium Outlet Mall, Ikea and West Edmonton Mall. Would stay here again!

The staff were super nice and we appreciate that they remembered us as previous clients. The thing is, we noticed that the level of cleanliness is definitely lower. The carpet is full of stains, the ac had crackers in it, there’s garbage underneath the ac, and there’s also gum in the carpet. Hopefully, the level of cleanliness of the room would improve and be at the same level as before.
