Stayed 3 nights and our room was on the main level facing the parking lot. Heard the train throughout the night which was very noisy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were tiny and very flat. Had to ask for extra soap for the shower and found a long black hair around the shower head. The complimentary breakfast had old fruit from a few days so not very good.

Toilets don’t flush well and take a long time to fill. Shower walls could be cleaned better. Like location. Bedding is a nice weight. Breakfast is decent. Lemon waffle batter is good. Coffee could be much better.

The bed was great, staff great, breakfast great but wallpaper falling off walls and looks very dirty, hallway carpet was lumpy/wavy tripping hazard and coming up and bathroom towels had holes and scratchy as well as very few things stocked, no moisturizer, hair dryer smelled like it was burning and tv channels were minimal and not the popular ones
