Wouldn’t stay here again. The mattress was soft and puffy and for some reason housekeeping wouldn’t leave us face clothes or bath towels.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay. The hotel is in a great location, a short drive to West Edmonton Mall. We had a suite with a separate bedroom with a king bed, and a queen bed in the living area with a kitchenette. It was great that breakfast was included. The room does need a major deep cleaning though. I would recommend this hotel, and I would stay there again.

Kids loved the mini golf and slushy machine. Pool was a little colder than what we are used to but was swimmable. Breakfast was great. Super close to West Ed Mall. Would stay again.

WE had trouble getting the room we reserved. The hotel finally gave us a free room . They wanted to give us a room with one bed and one sofa bed, but we could not sleep on the sofa because I cannot sleep on a sofa bed. The room we reserved was not ready for us and was therefore not available. The hotel is very family friendly and the breakfast was good.

We really enjoyed our stay with our small children. The pool was decent, but they really enjoyed the mini golf course and the hopscitch. Thevstaffvwas very friendly and kind to the kids. Clean and comfortable rooms was what we appreciated most!

No card, no entry after hours, makes sense, but...
We were at an all-day event, and explained at the desk we would be late checking in. The girl at the desk assured us the desk was manned 24 hours. We didn't check in til evening, with no problem. Our companion, however, was very, very late arriving to check in, and was locked out of the hotel, with no one at the desk to allow him entry. We ended up going down to let him in at 3 am.
