It was comfortable and ion a perfect location for us. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. When we had a request they were prompt in meeting our need. Enjoyed having Cora’s as an option for breakfast and lunch, with other options in the area in walking distance.

Still has a problem with hot water for showers. Downtown Edmonton doesn’t seem completely safe at night. But otherwise a lovely property close to where we need to be. Great staff. Wonderful dining. Reasonable parking. Recommended!!! Oh, and check out Ayco Cafe around the corner for killer baking and coffee!!!!

Room wasnt super cleaned. Lots of long hair in the bathroom, neither of us have long hair. There was hair colour on the hair dryer that wiped off easily when i used it, so it hadnt been cleaned. No fridge or microwave included in room. A/C unit very old and didnt cool down the room. Only vending machine in building was broken. No continental breakfast. Beds were super comfy. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Location was good to where we needed to go.

The decor is like the hotel is stuck in the 1970's. The hallway carpet needs a deep clean. There is a sign in the shower that advises to turn the hot and cold water on at the same time to avoid scolding however they dont advise you that the water temperature in the showet fluctuates significantly from quite cold to quite hot while showering. The air conditioning barely worked and the thermostst is about 25 years old. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the service in Cora's restaurant was exceptional.

It was an easy check in, clean and super close to the LRT line. Parking was $10/day so not crazy. We went to a concert at Commonwealth. I would stay there again. The only thing was there was no fridge in the room. The staff were also friendly. It is downtown Edmonton so there are some homeless folks downtown like most downtowns.

The hotel was clean and the staff I dealt with were very friendly. There was no fridge in the room which was unfortunate. The sink was located outside of the bathroom which was kind of nice but there was only 1 light so if you needed to use the toilet in the middle of the night the light turned on in the main room waking up anyone who is sleeping.
