Upon check-in was told that my pre-authorization of $100 would be returned to me when I check out This was not the case what so ever. Have to wait 30-40 days to get it returned onto my card therefore not be able to get another hotel after I checked out Very poor customer service and they didn't hold to there word on what I was told and blamed it on a staff member that worked there for only few months witch is reduclious they should be informing there customers of this 30-40 days wait pireod
