I'd give the service a 5! The location is a 5 due to its proximity to the LRT, cab access and restaurants. The rooms are quite dated, the shower temperature was inconsistent, our TV was unplugged and difficult to access, and our windowsill was covered in dust and dead bugs so I give this a 3. I would stay again for the price and the service.

The hotel is not in the best area of town. Im not sure if theyre actively doing upgrades or if they just haven't gotten around to doing repairs but there are baseboards missing in the lobby. The room is a little outdated. The guys at the front desk were very nice. Breakfast was decent, a few hot items available. Parking is an extra $10 per night so be aware of that. Overall though it was a nice stay and i would consider staying again.

Slept so well!
Lots of amenities--fancy coffee maker, m/w, fridge, (older) jacuzzi tub. Generously-sized room, bathroom, and closet. Very nice bed and bedding. Updated carpet. Clean, quiet although centrally located. Looking forward to the free breakfast.

It’s a good budget hotel in a convenient location. The big downside is the sketchy bar located in the hotel which brings a bit of an undesirable element to the property.

The first night someone tried to use their key to open the door to our room and that did not work. Onthe 2nd night we asked for a different tv and that was done,the yelling from next door went from 8-10:30 pm, then at 3 am there was banging on the walls in the hall way and at 5 am there was screaming and crying on a phone next door. We had enough packed up and left The only compensation given was $20 off the parking .

Ive stayed here a few times and it's always been nice. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. I came down looking for a heating pad or hot water bottle in the middle of the night, and though they didn't have anything like that, they checked their first aid kit for anything that could help. I just said I would take a plastic bag and microwave a damp towel. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was huge and the beds soft and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good as well.
