I have nothing to complain about about from something a bit silly my husband like the bed I found it 2 hard and would have like an extra pillow and just a bigger tea cup for my morning tea but other than that it was really nice room service was good and the hotel was lovely clean and friendly staff

Room was very clean.Staff friendly. Breakfast meal was very basic . Could be at least fresh green salad or fresh vegetables . Hotel has one steam room and one sauna. Big pool,but very busy with swimming lessons and parents waiting along side the pool.Unless you come late in the evening, it's not very relaxing. Good connection with public transport,as hotel located further away from Edinburgh centre.

Stayed for 4 nights. Despite putting the door hanger out "please freshen up my room" everysay, it was not cleaned once. Would have appreciated a change of towels, topping up toilet roll, tea and coffee supplies.
