This was the perfect choice for us. It was so close to all the great sights in Edinburgh. Rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a restaurant and bar onsite. Staff was so nice and helpful. Very convenient with restaurants and shopping just steps away!

I saw a lot of reviews about how the shower wasn’t so great and it is true that you cannot keep the shower head in a normal position unless you want to drench the floors. Luckily the shower head is removable. Important to know that there is no refrigerator or ice machine. Also no room telephone but reception can be reached via WhatsApp which is very convenient. Lovely staff, great location, and very clean.

Great location friendly staff , breakfast was nice plenty of options available, the room was a nice size had hairdryer ,towels, toiletries available , the best addition was the extension cord supplied never seen this anywhere before , the shower and sink were stained but I put this down to usage over the years , the pillows were feathers which were not the most comfortable

My main issue was soundproofing of the room and door. I was able to hear a lot of noice from the corridor. The window was locked so no way to naturally ventilate the room. Only through AC. Staff was friendly and professional.
