Great for onward travel from airport with bus and taxi and the trams. Very convenient when flying out and for late night return with flight. Rooms clean but our room had broken tyles at entrance to the shower cubicle. Good breakfast. Check in easy but hotel does not take cash everything is card payment

When checking in I went to the desk and showed the receptionist the booking on my phone she turned and spoke to my friend who was standing a little bit away from me. She proceeded to explain everything to my friend, I asked her to repeat everything as I couldn’t hear her. She handed the room key to my friend and completely ignored me, I was very disappointed.The room was very clean but cold, we had to ask for the heating to be turned up. The hotel was very nice, we had a lovely meal with perfect service.
