Learmonth Court is an elegant art deco mansion, set back in a quiet private road within landscaped gardens. It has the security of a resident caretaker and has lifts to the apartment, which enjoys amazing views from its 4th floor location. Perfectly situated, it is a 15 minute walk to the start of the attractions at the West End of Princes Street, a 5 minute walk to the local Waitrose supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the local restaurant and bar. It is regarded as a home from home by our guests who have rated it 5 stars and have come back year after year, loving the comfy beds, the sofas dressed with plump cushions and throws, and the well equipped kitchen. Our guests tell us how they love sitting at the bay window after a hard day's sightseeing, enjoying the view over the roof tops to the stunning Fettes college and beyond to the Kingdom of Fife. Then, enjoying a peaceful night sleep in one of the 2 double bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin) with its fresh white bed linen. We have now completely renovated the bathroom and kitchen, which features a twin oven and ceramic hob, along with integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Overall, the apartment is furnished to a high standard with wireless broadband just another feature in the all inclusive price shown. All-in-all, you will find the apartment very comfortable - a real home from home.

The perfect spot!
This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Edinburgh. The flat is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was very clean! The view from the dining room was spectacular and as an early morning riser, I loved being able to watch the sun come up from that vantage point. The hosts were so wonderful as well! They were very accommodating, responsive to questions, and offered great suggestions for places to check out while visiting. The kitchen was well equipped for us to eat in or get take away. We continued to find nice little touches throughout our stay. We loved knowing we would have a warm, comfy place to come home to after a long day of adventure. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again and would definitely book this lovey flat again!

Spacious flat in a great location
We had a great 4 night stay in this wonderful flat with great views. Very quiet at night. Outstanding communication from the hosts ahead of time. Location was ideal for us to explore Edinburgh as tourists. We either walked or took Uber. Buses would have been an easy option too. Wish we had stayed longer to explore Stockbridge (which we didn't get to until our last day there). Looking forward to visiting again!

Edinburgh was a great city to visit and the beautiful apartment made it easy and comfortable. The warm floor in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. This flat was absolutely perfect. It is spacious with beautiful details throughout. The views are amazing. It is clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of hot water. Check in was a breeze. Owners communicate in a timely manner and are available if anything is needed during your stay. Location is fabulous. Up the street from a grocery store and a cafe for a bite to eat. Just around the corner from the bus stop. Only takes 10 minutes on the bus to get to the City Centre. Lovely stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend!

This is a very cozy little 2 bedroom. As we were traveling from the USA, Euan made sure we had the keys, parking permit and location information in ample time for our departure from the US to Edinburgh. Everything was clean and tidy. Stylish and convenient
This rental is very conveniently located for access to Edinburgh. It is within easy strolling distance of the city, and also the Botanical Gardens (which are wonderful - and free). The host provided all the information we could possibly want and was very responsive to enquiries. The apartment is spacious and stylish - with its Art Deco theme. Edinburgh has a lot to offer, but even more than Edinburgh itself we really liked Stockbridge with its park and river, its artisan shops and great pubs. The Stockbridge Tap is a must-visit pub if you like a good pint. If you are cheese lover you *absolutely must* visit George Mewes Cheese Shop in the Stockbridge. Absolutely fantastic cheese from a friendly and well-informed owner. We fully recommend this rental - and Stockbridge!

This flat is so cozy and charming with an incredible view!!! Loved the towel warmer and it was great to have the washer. It was a five minute walk to the market!!! It was so convenient to get to the bus, walk to Princes St. and quaint town of Stockbridge. Loved the botanical garden!
