Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Leith Walk, the apartment is within walking distance of city centre attractions. Sleeps up to 4 (plus 1 baby). Check-in and check-out times are negotiable. The apartment is ideal for short city breaks as well as longer holidays. Third floor - Sorry NO LIFT.

Our apartment offers spacious and immaculate accommodation, with a homely feel. Fully equipped with everything for your stay - fresh linen and towels, hairdryers , WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, DVDs, books, board games, toys, cot and highchair at no extra cost, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, iron, plenty of crockery/cooking utensils and a variety of spices for home cooking. Lovely apartment, great stay
Couldn't wish for a better apartment in a great area of Edinburgh. 15 minute walk to the center along Leith Walk which has tons of bars, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and shops. Apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you could think of being readily available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you Elisabeth.

Long weekend in lovely flat
Great location, excellent rental with lots of space and superb facilities. The building may not look much from outside but do not be deceived! Flat is spotlessly clean and has all that you need, and is situated near to some great pubs on Leith Walk.
