This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home is located right along the river, with stunning views and everything you need to create the perfect getaway. The outdoor pool and hot tub provide a resort-like feel, with the benefits of privacy and seclusion.
The Water's Edge is located within only 2 miles from the public beach and 1 mile from Canal Street. Paddleboard and kayak rentals and tours can be found through several local vendors, with possible wildlife sightings such as manatees, dolphins, and pelicans!
While enojying a nice sunset, you can also be greeted by wildlife sightings right from your own backyard oasis.
This property also has great features to mention such as a driveway that can fit at least 10 cars, high speed wi-fi, central air conditioning, an outdoor gas grill, as well as a bar area for your hosting needs.
The home also has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, with ample amount of seating for everyone to enjoy. Each room also comes with a smart tv, set up with cable or a Roku.

Mother’s Day family gathering
Property was very nice! Clean and relaxing. The pool was terrific. The children enjoyed watching the dolphins from the deck. Beautiful kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Intracoastal Gem
House had great space for cooking and lounging and easily accommodated our large family. The pool/spa was lovely and we enjoyed watching the intracoastal traffic - boats, dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, pelicans, herons, etc. We appreciated the amount of beach towels provided and the fully stocked pantry. The pull out couches worked for the youngest members of our family. My only gentle recommendation for improvement is more hooks outside and inside the house to hang things to dry.

Outstanding holiday stay
We spent Christmas here as a family. The kitchen was a dream to both cook and commune in. The outdoor and indoor fireplaces really made our holiday special and festive. We watched a space-ex launch from the hot tub! Tony was easy to deal with, responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

We had so much fun at this home! The pool and the dock were the best parts. We saw manatees, turtles, and dolphins daily. Master bed was comfortable. The home is as decribed in the listing. We can't wait to visit again.
