It's a private stand alone building with your own Bathroom, King size Tempur Pedic Bed (can be split into two twins), twin Futon, mini Kitchen w/ Sink, Fridge & microwave, in a very quiet neighborhood! In our back yard… only 8 minutes from New Smyrna Beach, 20 minutes from the World Famous Daytona Beach Shores, and just over an hour from Disney!!!

We have Scooters and a Kayak for rent and you can have a fresh cooked meal prepared by Chef Charles for an additional Charge.
