Full Kitchen, Bath, Washer & Dryer: Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen with Spekva cutting board and warming drawer in the island, perfect for entertaining. The spacious classic white and black tiled bathroom has a private water closet, two- person shower, a large LED mirror, and a stack washer and dryer. Both kitchen and bath are adorned with stunning quartz countertops.
Unique Décor & Details: No expense was spared in creating a comfortable and peaceful space. The studio seamlessly blends modern comforts with vintage charm. Enjoy the luxury of high thread count sheets, soft towels, relax on an italian leather sofa with plump down pillows. Dining in Style: Situated under neoclassical pendant lighting is the impressive 10 person dining table created from a 15ft workbench, circa1916. Discovered in the basement of 14W Fulton St. these 2 slabs of hickory were separated, cut down to 10ft. then bonded together with pearl epoxy becoming a one-of-a-kind, meaningful piece. Paired with antique french Os de Mouton dining chairs, imagine…. the setting for an incredibly memorable dining experience.
Ambiance: The Upstairs features the original Douglas Fir flooring and tin ceiling tiles, accented by lush plants creating a warm, airy vibe throughout. Illuminate the space to your liking with a variety of antique chandeliers, or bask in natural light from the large windows and authentic centrally located skylight.Â
