The hot water didn't work after 1 shower, even the next morning. Did not know if the items in the refrigerator were complimentary or not. No place to eat after 9 p.m., even nearby places that on-line said open were closed. Nice and dark and quiet for sleeping. Put a fan in the room.

Ok so at first glance, I wasn’t sure why the ratings were so high. The underground parking is a mess because each spot is supposed to hold 2 cars but many people intentionally take the whole spot so you’re lucky to find a spot, thankfully there’s a small parking lot on the ground level. The shower floods the bathroom no matter how shut you think the door is, the carpet is seriously ugly, and the AC is super far from the bathroom. BUT!! Room service is ON IT! We had to use towels to clean the flooding every time we showered but they had us stacked with fresh towels everyday! The breakfast was AMAZING!! Not just the food, but the coffee and service too! And that AC WORKS! It could be a mile away and still cool that bedroom. The other hotels had an AC but I swear it was a fan in disguise. We loved this hotel, especially for a weeklong stay!

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, clean facilities, delicious breakfast buffet with plentiful options. A couple of quirks that you should be aware of though. No phone in the room so we had to walk to front desk to speak to staff. The bathroom and bedroom door offer limited privacy since they have frosted glass insert but with a clear 1 inch border giving you a clear view of the other side. The bathroom door faces the toilet and shower, so that makes for an interesting view. We ended up hanging a towel over the door frame to get some privacy. Also note that the room is air-conditioned but not the bedroom. It did get a bit warm in there at night.

Stayed in the family suite. It was perfect for us. Comfortable and spacious. Nice to have a refrigerator with beer and water, and in-room coffee. The breakfast buffet is impressive!
