Man, what a beautiful piece of property! It was so perfect for us. No screaming kids running around, no loud neighbors. Beautiful sunrise. Just literal minutes from shopping and beach access and the estuary. It was just quiet and peaceful and cozy. There are 3 tiny houses and then an RV hook up on the property. I was concerned that we might end up with loud screaming kids for neighbors but that wasn’t the case at all. There was a nice family from Georgia next to us the first night, and the 3rd night an older couple stayed in the back cabin, and the last night, a middle aged couple with kayaks stayed next to us. Everyone was kind but minded their own. I did some shopping 10 minutes away in Appalachiacola (spelling?) and my family had a condo just 12 min away on St. George so we went out to eat with them and visited their beach and pool. Gosh, the restaurants there so so good! My favorite was “Hole in the Wall” in apalachacola, but my mom really liked “family seafood restaurant” just 2 minutes away from the tiny house in Eastpoint. (I think that’s the restaurants name.) I just can’t wait to go back!! What a gem! That’s just the perfect little vacay for me. 💜 I think the ONLY thing more I could have asked for is a full-length mirror! But that’s just cuz I’m a stylist. Oh, I caught quite a few fish too! I fished with mullet and I fished with shrimp. I had better luck with shrimp cuz I kept catch sharks with the mullet. 10/10 perfect 😍 next time I’d like to stay for longer!
