Upon arriving we were greeted by Mourad who checked us in. He explained about the hotel and showed us to our lovely room. Very welcoming. The hotel has parking outside on the main road you can purchase daily tickets from the hotel for £1 they last until 10am the next morning. The hotel has a lovely lounge area with a bar and tv. The breakfast is £5 each with cereals fruit and juices and also full English breakfast with tea or coffee. The hotel is literally up the road from the beach. The room we stayed in was a twin I pushed the two beds together to make a king size rather than book a double. There was a wardrobe chest of drawers bedside cabinets and a small table and two chairs. There was a small shower room with sink and toilet. Toiletries were provided as were towels. The water pressure isn't that strong but the water was lovely and hot so it just took a little longer to shower. We would stay again at this hotel after having a lovely break.

Light sleepers avoid
Absolutely awful! If you’re the lucky person to be put downstairs, your neighbour is the lift and opposite you have the stairs, this appears to be everyone’s worst nightmare. If you’re a light sleeper I would recommend avoiding this hotel, even a deep sleeper for that matter! Being woke up at 2am by a woman and one of the workers storming down the stairs while the woman demanded her money back (yes at 2am!) then there’s something seriously wrong! I’ve never left a hotel so tired after 3 nights!
Great location that is less than 50 yards from the pier and seafront and 400 yards from the town centre. All the buildings are of Georgian style so the accomodation is not flashy but is comfortable and more than suitable for short stays. The hosts were very accomodating and serve a great breakfast.
The receptionist was rude I'm guessing he did not expect a person of colour to check basically I had a nightmare experience in that and would strongly dissuade anyone from using this place
I was over charged for a very basic room I had to empty the bin myself as it was full of rubbish complained to Manger and got more abuse kept awake with people coming in and out coulnt wait to get out left early next morning and came home the hole experience at the Savoy Court was discussting
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel it was clean and comfortable & a good location & we was upgraded to a larger room on check in. The only downside was that on our first night as we was leaving to go out for the evening the owner knocked on our door & accused us of smoking in our room as he said his neighbours opposite said we were leaning out of the window smoking! We told him it was definitely not us. The next day the smoke alarms went off & it was shown that this was from a different room. We didn't even get an apology! Apart from that we did enjoy our stay.

Let down by Hotels.com
When we arrived, hotel didnt have full booking details from Hotels.Com so we only have one double room available instead of 2. This was very upsetting for my wife as we had brought our daughter and her partner away for a weekend as treat. Hotel was very apologetic but couldnt give us rooms we were expecting and my wife an I had to have a twin bedded room. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, rooms need some love and attention but were clean, but toilet and shower areas small and cramped.
Have tried a couple of times to speak with someone from Hotels.com but call centre abroad and unhelpful.
This hotel provides accomodation for teenagers from a language school, they are a noisey nuisance, they are an infestation, the hotel accomodates at least fifty of them.
Our shower failed to produce hot water, my brothers shower failed to produce hot water.
Breakfast ends at 9am too early for holiday makers, so we went out to breakfast.
The lift takes an eternity to descend from the third floor, I thought it had broken down!
A nightmare. Went to Eastbourne with 6 memebrs of my family. Had booked 2 family rooms via hotels.com. I arrived at the hotel saturday evening, the staff wasn't able to locate my booking. They couldn't find it and said it wasn't their faullt. I couldn't stay there with my family. nightmare.
