Located in Penn Estates, it is one of the nicest and quietest communities in the area. A lot of animals in a wooded community.

Run, don’t walk!
This was a one day rental on 2/18/24. The home was filthy! I immediately notified host upon check in. No response until the following day advising that I would receive a call later that afternoon to discuss the issues we encountered. No call from the host! There was pet and human hair throughout the entire home, hardwood floors had not been cleaned. Host had requested that shoes be removed at the door, which we did. Our white socks were black within minutes of moving about the house. Mold in downstairs shower. AC wall units were also extremely dirty. It was so disgusting that my family and I left the property the next morning by 8am. If anyone would like to see pictures of the condition of the home, please let me know. Very disappointed and I am seeking a full refund of more than $820 for the cost of one night. Also very disappointed that VRBO did not do its due diligence in making sure that the properties they list are up to par. Again, thus property is poorly maintained. Do not let the pictures fool you!!!
