It was really fun, we enjoyed our stay there, the reception was s friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were neatly tidied. We got lost in trying to find our room on arrival, and asking from the cleaners that were not as friendly was not nice at all. Over and above all we had great time. Thank you
My family and I stayed at J10, the room was clean and the receptionist service was good but the amount of noise that other guests make was unbearable. Hotels are supposed to be peaceful and quiet but by 5am guests in other rooms were already making so much noise my 1 year baby was constantly getting woken up. Please put notices on balconies that guests should keep their noise levels down.
For a second trip in a row the facility could not provide TV services as advertised, promised the first visit that it would be sorted…. It wasn’t.
