Very disappointed in this hotel. Not very clean and very thin, overused towels were offered. Uncomfortable bed led to almost no sleep. Would not even think of staying here again, super disappointed.

Poor as they said they didn’t have any towels when we asked for 2 room towels. They only supplied 10 towels in the pool are so there were no towels when you exited the pool

A bit pricey, likely due to the location. The hotel was clean and the shower was great with an elevated head. It had no carpet which was a plus for a friend with allergies. The place is scuffed up a bit and the elevator made odd sounds and was not totally smooth.

What a perfect place to stay for a multi night trip! The staff were so friendly and helpful and everything was very convenient. The pool was even toasty warm and the laundry area quick and easy to use. The biggest perk: it didnt break the bank!

The swimming pool was hotter than the jacuzzi (which was hot) jets in the jacuzzi didn't work. breakfast was the same every day. staff were courteous and helpful. view from 3rd floor was very nice.

When we arrived, there was no one actually behind the desk. We had to check in virtually at a kiosk, which I found strange and a little uncomfortable. The police were also called by a guest to deal with a disturbance. We were just needing a place to sleep for a few hours on our trip but were unable to sleep due to someone in the room above ours stomping around all night.

From the bizarre check in experience at a screen rather than a person, to the dirty, stained hand towel that greeted us in our tiny room, this was a substandard experience. Easily one of the worst rooms we've ever seen. Good thing we just needed sleep before getting on our way. Stay elsewhere.

The hotel had good water pressure, it has not been updated and every light in the room is a bright white light…. Looks like grandmas old furniture in the room. The grout around the shower was dirty and mildewed…it’s a functional hotel but seemed very run down.
