Tigh Na Cladach is a beautifully appointed two level holiday home set on the waterfront in the coastal town of Dunoon. Featuring stunning sea views over the Clyde Estuary and beyond this is a wonderful base for families or couples to relax, unwind and enjoy the exceptional views.

An ideal location to explore Cowal Peninsula, the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park and further afield.

Interior
With open plan living spaces and sea views to enjoy Tigh Na Cladach is nothing but impressive. Featuring stylish and contemporary living areas with quality furnishings, underfloor heating, a spacious kitchen and a dining area. Spectacular views are featured from the comforts in your living room through the two large patio door windows leading out to a wonderful decking and garden area.

The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar area, complete with two electric ovens/grills, microwave, dishwasher and an American fridge/freezer. The open dining area seats up to 6 guests, perfect for entertaining.

Sleeping up to seven guests Tigh Na Cladach has three double bedrooms, one with additional sofa bed. On the lower level there is one double bedroom with a shared family bathroom. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, the master bedroom spectacular sea views, the back bedroom with sofa bed, both sharing a family bathroom.

Tigh Na Cladach has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area with a a two level terrace and garden area overlooking the sea, complete with outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. A perfect space for an afternoon aperitif, reading and whiling away your afternoons, there is even a hammock to enjoy on sunny days.

Whether enjoying an evening on the terrace or reclining in a comfy sofa, here is an idyllic coastal property for all seasons. Just a short 15 minute walk to Dunoon Town Centre with restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Enjoy sea views along the esplanade just a few yards away, ideal for long walks watching the ever changing views sea views and boats passing by. You may even be lucky to spot a porpoise.

Excellent property
Holiday with my sister, elderly mother and two dogs. Property was spotless and extremely well equipped. Views and garden area were lovely. Downstairs bedroom and shower room were perfect my mother who relies on a walking frame. Garden was fully enclosed and safe for my two cockapoos.

The house was adequate for our party of 6 adults. There could be another proper seat in the lounge to cater for 6 people sitting comfortably. Also the table only sat 4 with 4 chairs so we had to use bedroom stools and adapt the spare table at mealtimes. It didn’t spoil our enjoyment though. All in all we had a lovely stay. Thank you 😊

Excellent quality property; vey comfortable sofas and beds. Well positioned for view of the Clyde in a very peaceful spot. Easy access about 20 mins walk to centre of Dunoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Tigh Na Cladach. The three bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views and location were spectacular. A short walk into the town of Dunoon was easy along a beautiful coastal trail. Multiple different day trips from this location were also possible. Great vacation spot!

Lovely place to stay
We had a very pleasant stay. The house was very comfortable and warm and very well equipped. Stunning views. Everything was really clean. The only criticism is that the cleaner seems to miss the top of the bed in the master bedroom as the bedframe was rather dusty there. Would return if ever in that area again.

When we arrived at the property we were very disappointed with the state of the outside. In desperate need of cleaning and painting.However the inside was very clean, it had everything we could have wanted. Views were wonderful. Just disappointed with the general area of the outside and neighbouring houses.

Beautiful and superb accomodation
The location of this house is brilliant, the views were breath-taking. It was easy to find, not far from Dunoon and the ferry port. The house is gorgeous, it had everything that we would ever need for cooking/washing/entertainment. I was given loads of info about how everything worked and nearby shops, etc, and we received a lovely welcome pack from the owner, as well as travel info on the day of arrival. I would definately like to stay here again in the future.

Arrived and the house to lovely welcome gifts, we needed the sofa bed set up and with a simple email within 30mins the bed was up and made interaction with the hosts was 5* the information pack was helpful and the house was well stocked up with kitchen equipment. Would love to come back and try Dunoon in the summer!

Fabulous house for a short break
Perfect house and location for our party of 3 couples. Modern with everything you need to hand. Great views over the Firth of Clyde. Very comfortable beds. Plenty decent restaurants nearby. Recommended.

The view from this house will live with me forever!
This is a great house for a family holiday. It's well equipped and comfortably furnished and mum enjoyed having a ground floor bedroom and shower. We chose this house for that reason and for the amazing views and those views did not disappoint. The light on the water changes constantly and the living room and terrace were ideal places to observe this ever changing spectacle. We had a bit of an issue with window mechanisms but the property manager was very quick to respond to our query. The house felt covid safe and smelled nice and fresh. Liquid handsoap was available in both bathrooms and in the kitchen and hand sanitiser was also provided along with antibacterial washing up liquid. We'd recommend this property and hope to visit again some day.

Amazing Property
The property we stayed in was truly amazing. A beautiful holiday home, me and the girlfriend loved it. First time we have ever used HomeAway and first time we have stayed in a holiday home, and definitely will do it again. The owner left us wine and chocolate which was a really nice gesture. Ample parking, underfloor heating, huge fridge freezer, and even binoculars to take a closer look at passing ships. This place had everything you could think of, Dunoon probably wasn't what we expected but there is plenty to do and see if you're willing to drive. Loch lomond is definitely something I would recommend. Overall a great trip away, thanks to everyone involved.
