Pools, halls, buildings has nothing to do with web pictures. It would get 2 star billing as a motel. "

I went to the reception 3 times, asked to change the room, each time they promised to fix everything in 5 minutes, but they never did anything. The telephone at the reception is disconnected, the elevator does not work (the room was on the 5th floor). There is no water in the common pool and in the temple, so we were not allowed there. We lost several hours, checked out of the hotel, and were told through the app that the money would be returned. But the service was unable to contact them; their phone did not work. The money was not returned."
