Pool was out of service, so that was disappointing. Only 2 elevators so you had to wait a while before you can get on. Rooms were small. Bed was very close to the a/c so watch your knees. Bathroom was small and door didn't lock.

I have stayed at the Radisson over the years. While this is an older and established hotel, it’s still always a good place to stay; it’s clean, comfortable beds, and lovely views of the Harbor

We have service animals & the hotel was very accommodating. Room size was spectacular. Very conveniently located & easy to find. Parking was convenient. Friendly & helpful staff. Only pain point was about the elevators, during busy times you can be waiting a while, which became frustrating when trying to leave. But overall, great stay & would recommend to others.

Property overall condition was pretty rough. Water stains/flaking paint on ceiling, peeling wall paper everywhere, carpet was well past due for replacement, pool was out of order, there were lumps on the lower level parking lot so big that you wouldn't want to park a regular car on. Their coffee game was weak, running out of cups, or lids, or coffee. Just a really worn out property, seemed low on staff.

The 360° Restaurant is located on top of Hotel, & it rotates. This is a great experience. The Hotel is centrally located, is a landmark & easy to find. We had great experiences in the Restaurant, until Fri evening. I guess a different floor mgr was on site for Fri thru wknd. We actually left the restaurant due to his constant yelling about 'stressing the kitchen' (the restaurant & bar is NOT large & was at 30% capacity - yes.. I actually counted customers & all seats). His rudeness, decibel level, & bitchiness was a little too much, so we left. The weekday personnel (day & evening) were awesome! While in the elevator Sat morning, folks were complaining about the restaurant mgr and "his stupid rules" (something about only seating two-tops, etc), so they were going elsewhere. We did find it strange that the restaurant used electronic ordering (you feel like you were in McDonalds) - considering the small size of the bar & restaurant. Also, their Order app misbehaved &/or froze-up, making it very difficult to place your order. To my knowledge, there was no 'free breakfast'. The Hotel could use an update, but was OK. Location was our primary focus, & this Radison is in a great location. In my room, the coffee maker, closet door, phone, & TV were broken. This truly surprised me! Bed was comfortable, pillows were very very soft. The room did have a small refrigerator. I doubt we'll return to this hotel.

Room AC unit was so loud and not consistent with heating and cooling. Beds were so hard, tub didn’t drain. Restaurant was dirty, staff rude, elevators were so slow. Very expensive for what we got

Small room, old and outdated reception area, dirty top floor bar/restaurant, expensive for what you get. Be cautious as they had a two night minimum when we were there. We didn’t care for the accommodations so we wanted to cancel the 2nd night but couldn’t. I wouldn’t go back.
