Two bedroom one bath home. Great for the weekend away. Has everything you need Is small but cozy and comfortable. Shower only, no bathtub. Stove, refrigerator, microwave. Fire pit with firewood provided in back yard. Flat screen tv with DVD player. Smart tv’s and WIFI provided(sign in to your own YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, Pandora, Peacock, Spotify, ext).
In the middle of the city and is a short trip to any events or activities. Carport for up to one vehicle and off street parking. Located in the heart of the city close to schools and hospitals. A short commute to downtown and all activities in the city. And just a short drive to Galena. Perfect for a small family for events, shopping, wine tours or a ski weekend.

Perfect Location
I was in town for a meeting at the University of Dubuque with my daughter and her grandfather. The house is adorable and was the perfect place for us during our visit to Dubuque. The home itself was very clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. The location was perfect for being able to get for the university quickly as well as to easily get downtown or to the Mines of Spain. My daughter loved being able to walk to the park. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a cute, quaint, clean home. Just the right amount of space for 4 adults. Perfect location, very close to UD. Everything was as it was described in the listing and the host was very responsive. I did not receive the email with the check in information and he responded within minutes when I sent a message asking for it.

Dubuque was the halfway point for us to meet for the weekend. The property is small, but charming and in a safe neighborhood. Great location for a home base. We would definitely book again. 👍

Nice, Cozy, Clean and Conveniently Located
The house was perfect for our needs. We really liked how close it is to downtown while still in a nice, grassy neighborhood. The house was clean and roomy enough for the two of us. We visited area sites in Dubuque and surrounding towns. The Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium were wonderful, along with the Arboretum, Elevator Co., and the Eagle Point Park. We also went to St. Luke’s United Methodist Church to view the Tiffany stained glass windows, which are amazing. Truly enjoyed the Brazen Open Kitchen Restaurant downtown. We will recommend Dubuque to our kids, to bring their two young children, for the wonderful things to see and do. And, will recommend this house.
