Nice hotel, rooms are much more dated than reception and key areas of the hotel. Noisy till late on the ground floor and did not enjoy that drinks were at cost at dinner (even water) and extremely overpriced. Spa was great but treatments are overpriced. Good variety of buffet food for breakfast and dinner but allergies not handled well at all - no nut labels for me as a nut allergy sufferer and staff were clueless about helping me which was disappointing

Easy access to sea swimming at the adjacent Presendent hotel and good uis service "no. 6" to the old town. Lovely internal and external pools. Room service was not always the best but did not cause us a problem.

Never write reviews, but this place had a lot of issues. Room was damp and had an odor but we’re just staying there, not living there so we let it go. The staff and service was really poor and. Quite frankly very rude.

Great location
Great hotel and very handy for buses they stop just across the road outside the hotel. Direct to old town, lapad, and gruz harbour which is where most islands boat trips leave from . Lovely walking trails just down from the front of the hotel that takes you along the promenade of lapad past the cave bar or to gruz harbour if walking the other direction. I would definitely stay here again

Far enough from the historic city to relax by the pool, beach or enjoy the spa. But a short bus or taxi right into the historic heat of Dubrovnik. The breakfast has a great variety and there are a range of Restaurants in walking distance as an alternative to the (often pricy) Oldtown

Enjoyed our stay. Nice pool and private lounger area on the side. Breakfast was huge and had a lot of options. The private beach nearby was nice and we were only about a 10 min walk from Coral Beach Club which was great. The hotel had a beautiful sunset and live music outside on the terrace. Rooms were a good size and although it had carpet it wasn't that bad. The only negative thing was that the bar fridge and safe were not working but then they came to fix it. It was about a 10 min /10 Euro Uber to the old town. I would recommend this property if you want to stay near Dubrovnik but still be near the beaches.

It’s doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel more like a 3.5. No complementary water, breakfast is decent, the advertising online isn’t very accurate. The images do not fully dictate what you actually get, the “ocean view” - there is an ocean view but not as beautiful as advertised. The pictures show a volleyball court - they don’t have one. Old town is about a 15-20 minute drive away.

I would highly recommend this hotel when you are in Dubrovnik!! The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had! The pool and spa are really nice features too! Also, it is super easy to take a bus (from across the street) in to the walled city for only a couple of Euros per trip.

We loved the hotels location to sister hotels that you can visit and enjoy and dine in. Along with ease for paying with your room key at any of the restaurants. The gym was great and pools and breakfast buffet was on a par with those on cruise ships. The a la carte option was wonderful and great value for the 3/4/5 course options. Lounge bar serving Decaf was great too. We had a wonderful stay and the hotel smelled fantastic fresh and clean and aroma of lemon verbena. The staff are helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Concierge was wonderful at organising a boat trip with someone reputable with amazing food and drinks and information with no none se transfers door to door. Everything runs on time and the bus station nearby meant we could go into town cheaply by buying a ticket from the hotel shop and hop aboard ahead of the crowds further down the hill into the old town. Totally recommend and would love to come back.
