This hotel does not have air conditioning BEWARE! We called front desk to see if we could move rooms and they said all they could do was bring us a fan. Way way overpriced for the hotel room you are getting. Bed is not comfortable either. It was clean, and staff was friendly. The good did not outweigh the bad.

This property did not match it’s description or price point. We paid $370 Euro for one queen bed and the drapes in the room had a huge spill, the carpet was worn and the leather chairs had stained spots. The shower is so narrow the curtain touches you throughout the shower. I was disappointed as from the description was expecting a superior luxury room and instead the room was a dirty two star. When I asked reception for another room she insisted the room was adequate for $370 euro.

Lovely hotel, clean modern room. For us the beds were a bit hard. The room was warm and windows only opened a few inches. Great pool, spa facilities.
