We started out with a very nice woman checking us in but the family room was on the third floor with an elevator up and then a flight of stairs Down to our hallway. Very difficult with luggage and two elderly parents. One bed had a dirty sheet or blood stains and when we called down to the desk a gentleman answered and told us he wasn’t housekeeping and hung up? With no line to housekeeping we called back and the gentleman told me if I wanted a new sheet, I’d have to come to reception to get it myself. I went down and he gave me what I thought was a sheet but turned out to be a duvet cover. The toilet was also detaching from the wall and felt unsafe to sit on considering it is anchored to the wall above the ground.
