I booked my room last week and when arrived, they didn't have rooms. They told me that they would send me to another hotel and they pay the taxi. After arriving, the hotel was closed and I had to pay the taxi. I haven't had any other worse experience ever. No hotel room was given to me and i had to sleep on the street
So overpriced - no breakfast in extortionate rate and a wee bonus of having to pay more to park.
Rubbisg, food wasted and wet towels lying in entrance hall of suits for my first 2 nights there, took a complaing to the management to get it moved who by the way, could not have cared less.
Bar staff excellent, reception on arrival piss poor.
Would I stay there again, only if there was no other hotel available in the Northern Hemisphere.
The property has a very inconvenient check in time especially for travellers like us who has an overnight flight. There was no early check in and once we got into our room the shower was broken. There is no noise cancelling between rooms and no temperature control. Would not recommend

Liked: Cleanliness
A very noisy area - outside especially was woken up numerous times by people shouting and screaming.
I also ordered food and the two wrong items arrived.
Also my car park ticket wouldn’t work as I was leaving, I had to reverse the car out, park it, go back to reception to get another ticket.
We had a lovely stay. We spent 3 nights there, then traveled around for a few days, the came back for 3 more nights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good, and a very nice lady named Sharon was super friendly and helpful every morning. The front desk staff was very helpful, calling taxis for us every day.
I like the hotel room but when i checked in my room there is hair all over in bathroom tub small mens hair and same hair i had in my bed duvet and this was disappointing for me otherwise room condition was good and staff was friendly and helpful

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Cleanliness
The rooms are quite dirty and the hotel feels very dated.
We booked our hotel due to the cost and within our budget. The hotel was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful.
It was further away from the downtown area then we thought it would be and although we could have taken public transportation it was more convenient to take a taxi/Uber which significantly added to the cost. If you have business or pleasure closer to the area it’s a great stay. If you’re wanting to spend more time downtown and you factor in the cost of transportation you could get a hotel closer in. We were pleased with the room and staff though.
Property was clean, staff was friendly. What I didn’t like was that there was NO A/C in the room, there was only 2 choices for vending machines, limited choices. Bus transportation was good, quick commute to city was available. Wifi works well. If coming to Dublin again, I would probably stay closer to the city, because when trying to meet tour timetables, transportation to the city becomes expensive with taxi fees becoming expensive.
