Lovely hotel, really convenient for airport access. Shuttle bus provided to assist with journeys to and from the airport. Would be great to have different food choices in the teo resturants. Also, guests checking out very early need to he reminded to keep noise down to an absolute minimum which wasn't the case in my experience. Overall a very good stay and will use this hotel again.

Hotel staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The Carlton either needs another shuttle bus or a larger one! Stood outside in the rain for the shuttle ,when the first one was filled to capacity. I have to say that the shuttle driver was helpful and pleasant.Too bad the shuttle vehicle didn’t accommodate more passengers.

Looks a lovely hotel. Paid extra for a better room. Had zero sleep. A noise coming from somewhere in the room, a CONSTANT gurgling noise. Went to reception and they tried to tell me it was aeroplanes at 3am. I recorded and sent the videos to wats app. Offered to relocate us at 4am which there was no point. Porter came to the room to hear the noise and told me “no one ever sleeps in a hotel, as it’s not your own bed like at home” Offered earplugs at 4.30am. Could still hear noise with earplugs in. Horrendous experience. Never coming back. Told family and friends as they use the hotel regularly. They won’t be anymore. Doesn’t matter how nice the hotel is, if u get zero sleep. Ruined my once in a lifetime trip to a concert. Wouldn’t give a refund as manager “lost the videos” DO NOT STOP HERE IF U VALUE YOUR SLEEP
