Really nice hotel, staff is superb from front desk, porters, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Highly recommend this place, but bit far from everything. Uber is there but ot can add up quick so better to book close to attractions for extra. Hotel provides transport but delays due to traffic (which is understandable and not the hotels fault). There's 24hr grocers around but few restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great tho.

The property is free alchol so even at pool bar zero so i did not like The corridors smell between the rooms was disaster unresistable Shower was in sudden turning boiling water or freezed water ( i did claim but nothing change ) Finaly very bad they dont serve arabic or turkush coffee Will not advise it to any Thank you

No words to describe the service, atmosphere, cleanliness and everything else at this hotel. Super, super, super!!! Special THANK YOU to Samuel M. (front office supervisor). I had a problem with my credit card (someone hacked it in Turkey and made an illegal charge) so I had my bank send me a new one to Dubai. It arrived before we came and for some reason there was a duty on it. Was emailing with Samuel since I couldn't pay the duty online and he handled everything perfectly. THANK YOU SAMUEL and all stuff at the hotel for your friendliness, incredible service and unforgettable Dubai experience! We will be back.

The hotel was generally great. Rooms were modern and clean. The hotel backs onto the canal which you can walk along for miles. The front of the property faces the highway and my room faced that way so I could hear traffic at night but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. The balcony doors are locked by default for security but you can ask them to open it for you. The restaurant downstairs was good. The breakfast buffet was good too with a decent selection of food. The wifi was spotty during the day for some reason. Considering the low price and location of the hotel, I would definitely be open to staying again.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. Maybe due to Ramadan… no sure but there was music playing until the early morning hours. Otherwise very quiet. I was charged for hotel taxi for 4 days to go to Dubai Mall before being told that there’s was a daily shuttle. On Day 5… I go to catch the shuttle and was told it already left even it was earlier than the scheduled pick up. I felt like I was being scammed.
