The hotel was a great value for money deal ... specious room with good amenities, great location inbetween the big attractions even though not close to the metro , but texies are quite cheep and the way to go in close distances...great pool overlooking the Burge Halifa , nice gym and a shatel bus to the big malls and the privet resort of the hotels chain ...

Staff were very helpful. Taxis always available at the front door, we used the hotel taxi mostly because of convenience. Staff were attentive however my only point would be that staff don't ask me to write a review for them right there and then. One person took my phone and wrote his own review which I later deleted. I would recommend this hotel and would have no issues booking it again next time we are in Dubai - the pool and service around the pool was also very good. Price was good value for money and the tour desk was helpful and informative as were the guys out front organizing taxis. The restaurant staff were very efficient mostly and the food was very good. Check in counter was also very helpful in getting us 2 rooms close to each other.
