The room and hotel facilities were all clean and well-kept. As usual to Dubai, you feel like there is more staff than the customer, which is not a bad thing. I will return to this place if I have another business trip to Dubai.

The staff were excellent: Faisal went out of his way to help me; Mustafa the manager was exceptional and Kay helped with checkout. The hotel is just OK - too long of a wait for elevators and breakfast and hot water could be better but otherwise fine.
