I had issue with my key, despite me tioning it the first time, it was not fixed until i was locked out and had to wait outside for security to come and fix it and it took more than half an hour and i had to go down to reception multiple time just for them to send someone. Initially i was dismissed and told "its working" until i found someone who actually helped me. I would recommend it but the being locked out of my room after a being in extremely hot weather and not getting to relax was off putting. Aside from that my stay was pleasant.
