Pros: Great location at JBR Walk. Exceptional service from all staff particularly in the Rosso restaurant. Temperature-controlled pool. JB's gastro pub is a lively venue with great food. Just a few minutes walk to tram/metro and to all the bars and restaurants at JBR Walk. Big room with a lovely view across the bay. The club lounge was closed due to low occupancy but we were given drinks at the bar plus sushi and canapes instead. Cons: Very hard bed despite a topper. Endless queues for the lifts even though the hotel was at local occupancy out of season.

A beautiful hotel and ideal for families with kids as well as couples. Our stay was unfortunately interupted, but the outsstanding manager, Mustafa helped us get over the problem by organising seamless early cheack out and going above and beyond in terms of customer service. We would highly reccomend this property.

A nice friendly hotel close to the beach, shops and Tram/Metro. Pool and Bar area was good ably supported by Mulli and colleagues, although at times became busy, but we arranged our day to avoid to suit. Overall a very enjoyable stay, lovely breakfast options again busy at certain times but arriving slightly early would be beneficial, though the large amount of staff do always help the turnaround.

The location of the hotel is excellent and the service and facilities are top notch. I am particularly grateful to Mr. Hassan at the reception who ensured that everything about my visit was perfect. It was really an exceptional experience and I look forward to my next visit.

We had a lovely time at the Rotana. The pool area is great and has some nice restaurants. I found the bathroom a little outdated and you had to wait for the lift for some time. I would still recommend the hotel as it was a good price

Very good service all around. The choice of half board is excelent, several choices for dinner. Excellent location, it gets crowded on weekends to arrive in car or taxi but otherwise good choice.
