The person in the front was absolutely awful. I was forced to pay for breakfast. He told me it was “included” in the stay however I had to pay for it. I couldn’t move forward without paying for it. I booked my room on Expedia and didn’t have to pay this at all on their site. I’ve stayed at hotels all over the world and this is the first time I’ve been told I HAVE to pay for breakfast that I’m not even gonna eat.

It was clean and comfortable. The downside was that the room was very small and it was very warm - although there was a fan. As there was a kettle and coffee maker, it would have been good to have had some tea bags/coffee

Charged me 40 Euros for a child even though the 3rd and the 4th guest were free. The reason was that they were going to put a special bed for the child. That was not the case, i have photos and videos which i wish i could share. Cleaning staff was understaffed, our room was not ready on time. Another day had to ask twice for towels. Talking about understaffed, the receptionists were also the bartenders LOL. If you wanted a drink at the bar you had to wait for the receptionist to finish check-in people or guests questions. They had this system to open the door with an app which half of the time it wasn't working. I asked for a physical key and was told that they could not give more than one... but then I saw another family receiving multiple keys. Other than that, the location was great.

Great option for a group of four adults. Large with two bathrooms made our stay comfortable. The door only locked with the key so if someone didn’t go with the rest of the group we had to schedule ourselves to be back at the same time or it leave the apartment. Two keys would be nice. That was the only down side.

Das Hotel im Allgemeinen ist gut. Viel läuft über das www, wie z.B. das Ein- und Auschecken und das Ausfüllen des Anmeldebogens. Das spart viel Zeit im Hotel. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, ebenso die Nasszelle. Frühstück ist gut, Belag, Käse, Obst, kleine warme Speisen usw.. Zimmer lässt sich schlecht belüften. Öffnet man die Fenster, hat man den Eindruck, vor allem Nachts, dass jedes Auto, vor allem die Poser, durchs Zimmer fahren. Die eingebaute Fensterbelüftung funktionierte unserm Empfinden nach nicht, der im Zimmer stehende Ventilator, hilft auch nicht so recht. Zum Personal an der Rezeption können wir nichts sagen, da sich der Kontakt auf das Herausgeben, bzw. die Entgegennahme der Zimmerkarten beschränkte, einschließlich der bekannten höflichen Begrüßung/Verabschiedung.
