The Building is an old stable renovated in the old style with its exposed stones (adjoining a rental).
2 terraces (facing south/west and north/east) with private enclosed garden of 120 m². Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen, separate lounge and separate WC, laundry room.
Floor: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 1 90x190 bed, 3: 2 80x200 twin beds), bathroom (bath + shower) and separate WC.
Additional equipment (on request): bed/chair/baby bath.
Included: sheets, household linen.
Not included: electric heating, electricity (according to current EDF rate; currently €0.25/kw), bathroom linen.
End-of-stay cleaning package (compulsory for professional customers).
Pets accepted (paying €5/day/animal).

Work on the building opposite the gîte until the end of 2024 (entrance side, not garden side).
