The hotel perfect, the reservation tragic!
17 days after my last stay at this hotel, I had the same nightmare with check in after the front desk closed. The reservation number from Hotels.com (expedia) does not work AGAIN. I had to call the 24 hour service who took it on the 4th try. They had to wake up the responsible person. Arrived quickly and was very helpful but also could not find the reservation on his computer. I had to wait another 30 minutes. He finally gave us a room but stated that this is a common problem. Please sort out the compatibility of the reservation numbers. It's a horror to arrive after midnight and have to deal with this every time!

Poor description of hotel. Not knowing what this chain is like we were disappointed that showers and toilets were not in the room. I know it doesn't say they are but is doesn't tell you clearly that they are not. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if i had known

Gut gelegenes günstiges und sauberes Hotel. Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster ab circa 5:30 Uhr am Morgen, je nachdem, auf welche Seite man das Zimmer hat. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut und einchecken am Automat mit Reservierungsnummer problemlos.

Hotel à fuir, chambre ne correspondant pas a ma reservation, surplus a régler à mon arrivée. Chambre minuscule, lit vetuste et bruyant,pas de serviettes et gobelets dans la chambre, pas de tapis de sortie de douche , une honte. Que dire de l espace petit déjeuner minuscule vu le nombre de clients, on ne parle pas du contenu .

Better than expected for the money. Extremely clean, very friendly service and quiet. Tiny room and bathroom, but microwave and table/ chair area available for use which was handy. Perfectly OK for an overnight en route. A few fast food places to eat nearby. Parking good.

Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit. J'avais reçu un message avec le code pour entrer dans l'etablissement car il n'y avait personne à l'accueil à cette heure-ci. Le code n'a jamais marché, nous avons appuyé sur "appel d'urgence" mais aucune reponse, nous avons appeler un numero surtaxé mais nous sommes tombées sur la messagerie. Nous avons eu un autre code avec la borne à l'extérieur où nous avons pu nous identifier, mais ce code ne marchait pas non plus. Un cauchemar dans la nuit à ne pas pouvoir rentrer alors que nous avions déjà payé. Finalement la porte s'est débloquée je ne sais pas par quelle opération. Surtout prévoyez d'entrer dans l'établissement quand il y a encore quelqu'un à l'accueil.
