The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect including a room upgrade on arrival and an extended check-out free of charge since my flight was in the evening. The breakfast buffet is fabulous and the location is just steps away from Souq Waqif. Amazing stay. Thank you so much

Just want to say what a amazing hotel and staff are. I have travelled all over the world but this hotel beats them all. We atayed for 9 days in Doha so much better than Dubai as no hustle just so peaceful and felt safe especially 2 females. Amy and Sanjena at breakfast so professional service 5 stars they spoke English excellent. I also want to mention our housekeeping Sayeed what a gentleman english perfect his mannerisms so lovely he just couldnt do enough for us. Lastly the reception staff especially Yassine a true gentleman made sure we were catered for always had a smile. They all are a credit to the hotel and other 4/5 star hotels could learn from. Cant wait for next year. Well done guys love from Scotland

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately i experienced a couple major issues. We had got to the hotel to drop off our suitcases befit checkin time. They asked us to return for 1pm which we duly did. Upon arriving they said the previous guest had not checked out and they can upgrade us, which at the time we thought great except they wanted us to pay for the room upgrade. Why should a customer pay for a room upgrade when it's not their fault. The biggest issue was when it can go getting a good night sleep after a long flight. At approx 10:00 the staff started to wash the dining chairs outside with a vacuum that was loud. I called reception and asked them to stop which they said they would get done, unfortunately it never and at 11:30 as we were unable to sleep because of the noise I went to the reception to ask them to put a stop. The chap on reception said 'consider it done' but there was no change at it eventually stopped after 2:00am in the morning. The key reason to book a hotel is to get a good night sleep which was not the case here. It's a shame as the overall service and staff were very good and polite, and due to a few minor people they let the whole team down.

Great hotel, spacious room, nice balcony overlooking Souq Al Najada. Had a VIP stay however the hotel didn't recognise my Expedia status so didn't offer any upgrade. The suhoor breakfast option was really good, big portions, tasty and varied. The hotel has a pool on the first floor, also tried the buffet breakfast on Eid day and the following days, nice options with food, fresh pastries and bakery, egg station for omelette, egg benedict etc waffle and pancake stations. The hotel is just across Souq Waqif so conveniently located.

Good but could be better.
Nice hotel very close to the main market. Staff are all very friendly. Room was large and clean. The building you would consider to be 5 star, but the service could be better. There are no mini bar options (it’s empty), 1st day cleaned the room at midday, 2nd day came at 6pm when I was back! No fruits in the room. Sometimes have to wait 2 mins for hot water. For the price paid expected top amenities, but felt it lacking.
