"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some minor things which were not expected in hotel in the 4*category and could be improved. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the stay."

"A lovely complex that is wonderful for families. Everything was clean, the food was great (and the beer), and a wonderful playground that my toddler loved playing in. The room was big and comfy and clean. Great stay. "

"My wife and I stayed one week in early July 2024. We have had a very mixed experience at this place. First - the positive: The breakfast is really nice. There are some good options and a few things that change daily. The coffee is good. There are also fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately, the items are not replenished quickly, so if you come later, many items may not be available anymore. We made a point of always coming right when it opened. Also, the property looks charming and has a nice view of the mountains. Now a few things that really bothered us during our stay: There is no AC and also no fan available. The property is close to a busy street with near constant traffic. Many more hotels are being built so the traffic will increase even more. That means, you cannot open the windows toward the street due to noise. None of the windows have screens so flies and bugs come in when opened. The balconies of the units face each other, so privacy is limited. The bed was a European double, significantly smaller than a Queen and very uncomfortable. I felt the springs and didn't sleep well the whole week. The property is far from Zakopane. There is limited to no sidewalk. It is simply too dangerous to try to walk anywhere. We ended up renting a car in town for the whole week. There is no information in the room about things to do. The Wifi is abysmally slow. Overall, this place needs to drastically improve if it wants to attract international visitors."

"Stayed at Górski Pałacyk for few nights four adults and two teenagers. We had a great time. Property complex features few multistory houses with comfy apartments. We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. "
