The pool was COLD, the hot tub was luke warm at best and both were in need of a good cleaning. Fire alarms went off twice in middle of night & front desk gal didn’t seem concerned & was annoyed when I wanted her to verify it was a malfunction before we returned to our room on the 3rd floor. Seems this is a common occurrence as even the firemen were unconcerned. We only ate breakfast there one morning as were visiting family & went out with them, but it was a good hot breakfast.

You need someone at the front desk
The first impression was a lobby full of upset people, with no one at the front desk. People telling me to turn around and go somewhere else.

The room was dirty, soft spots in the floor, lightbulbs burnt out. Bed was definitely dated and uncomfortable. Would get random smells of sewage when no one was using the bathroom. No ac in the hallway and the smell was horrid. Overall terrible stay.

Old, soft mattress. Thin sheets and blanket. Sink in the living space and not the bathroom. Very noisy air-conditioner kept us up all night. One of the worst “breakfasts” I’ve ever had.
