The Space:
This is a property with a courtyard. The lower level features a 70 sqm living area, which includes a 65-inch TV and audio equipment, as well as the kitchen. The living area connects through two French windows to a 10-meter veranda, which continues to a 4x10 meter pool. Inside, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and a bedroom with a balcony. On the upper level, there is a second bedroom that opens to the outside area, a toilet, and a shower with a washing machine. The villa is situated on an 8-acre plot with olive and pine trees, enclosed by a fence. The villa's gate is 85 meters from the road. Both levels have direct access to the garden.

The first bedroom is on the upper level and includes an additional small room with a bed suitable for a child aged 12-14. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a double bed. The second bedroom is on the lower level, also with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed. There are two bathrooms on the upper level, each with a shower.
