Well-located, you can walk to a Woolworths supermarket, shops, eateries, the Mersey River, Devonport Regional Gallery, Roundhouse Park and Devonport Showground, with the city centre only 13 minutes away on foot. Although only timed street parking is available, there are $5 all-day parking options nearby.
The Space:
Enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/dining living space featuring ultra stylish polished concrete flooring and wall-mounted reverse-cycle air con. The kitchen comes equipped with a medium sized fridge, 4-burner electric cooktop and under-bench oven, microwave and a tall table with stools. There’s also a combined Haier washing machine/clothes dryer. The lounge area has a comfy L-shaped sofa, a rug for winter comfort and a wall-mounted 50” ‘smart’ TV. A flight of stairs takes you up to the loft bedroom which is carpeted and offers a queen-sized bed, its own wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, built-in wardrobes with lots of space and a door to a small balcony overlooking the interior hall of the building. The ensuite bathroom has a roomy shower recess and a heat lamp.

Visit The Bass Strait Maritime Centre to learn more about the intriguing maritime history of the city through an extensive collection of objects, models, photographs and exhibits which retell the exciting adventures of early explorers and shipwrecks. Art lovers can immerse themselves in Tasmanian art at the Devonport Regional Gallery, offering a collection of fine and decorative art and crafts, with a predominant focus on 20th-century glass, ceramics and woodcraft. Or learn about the traditional lifestyle of Tasmanian Aboriginal people at the Tiagarra Aboriginal Culture Centre and Museum, which displays petroglyphs and designs in rock. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $20/night will be charged for guests after 2 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
