The staff were incredible 10/10. We were surprised at the lack of care in the amenities. The pool and hot tub in the locker room were especially disappointing. It was kind of a surprise too to see that things like the sauna and coffee area were never available during our stay. I’m also concerned there may be a glitch in their system that is meant to notify people when their room is ready. We showed up a little early with no expectations of getting in and the kind woman behind the counter took us through the check in process and that we’d be all set. they’d send a text when our room is ready. We waited for 35 minutes pass check in time and finally went back to see if our room was ready. We’re not upset at any of the staff about this- they are all clearly doing their best!

We came in for the Hallowicked concert and my birthday, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly and professional, and the room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable. From the casino floor to the lounges and restaurants, the energy here was top-tier — it felt like the perfect Detroit weekend getaway. Thank you to the MGM team for making our trip unforgettable.
