The room had double doors for the bathroom which was annoying and not private. On the table there was no lamp, just a power strip and an alarm clock that was flashing. The alarm clock was so old it had a connection for an Iphone 7 on top of the alarm clock. I think a lamp with electrical and USB ports is the least the hotel could do for what they charged

I felt that the price of the rooms are too high for what you get. There were no ways to charge my phone other than a power strip that everything was hooked up too. There was no room service and no means to get any food when the one restaurant closed. I would have expected that for the price paid there would have been more amenities than what was offered. I can't imagine a reason to stay there again.

Overall it’s a solid hotel with cool river views. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was the parking options. You can either valet for $40/day or self park in an open lot across the street, which ended up being $37 for 15 hours.

We quite enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, we parked at a private lot across the street instead of hotel parking. Walk to the QLine was 7 minutes. Tons of dining options around as well. We were in and out safely each night. Checking in was easy. The woman who checked us in was nice, but very quiet which was odd, because no one else was checking in. We asked her to repeat things so we could hear them and she was nice about it. The room was nice, the bathroom shower wasn’t working when we arrived, and we called down to the front desk and someone came up and fixed very quickly, which was super nice of them. The bathrooms could be updated- they’re still functional though. Our last night, we walked into the room and there was a massive cockroach on the floor. This wasn’t ideal to see. We got rid of it and let them know, they were apologetic. Check out was much better experience than checking in, the woman was quick, kind and asked if we needed directions on our way out.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. There are free snacks in the lobby. The room was clean and spacious. Super easy walk to Ford Field for a concert.
