Had a great stay here - the room was a great size, clean, well furnished and nice and quiet. Reception staff member (forgot her name) was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was ok but not great. Didn't try the pool or fitness centre, but they looked good. Would certainly recommend!

The restroom on the main floor was dirty with paper towel everywhere on the counter, the floor and overflowing in the waste basket. My room was also dirty with crumbs on the floor and food in the frig, there was also personal affects on the bathroom counter from previous guest- made me wonder if it had been cleaned at all.

Property was newer, but it wasn’t clean. We walked in, tried another set of rooms, and walked out. Floors were dirty, elevators were dirty, all surfaces were dirty. The beds were clean and comfy. It’s a shame. I was looking forward to sleeping in one.

Nice hotel. Horrible night receptionists.
Night front desk staff was very unprofessional and charged us for the room twice the first night. Thankfully the manager set it straight the next day. Night receptionist on day 2 was pretty pissed a guest had the nerve to ask him for anything.

Hello again...
This is my usual go-to place when staying in the Detroit greater area. Staff is always super helpful and nice. The hotel is a bit of a slightly older renovation but overall well taken care of with higher ended finishings. My only big complaint is the faucet in the bathroom is not what it should be. The spout should be longer as you can't help but get water all over. I have probably stayed at this hotel about a dozen times at this point. Or also to note I drive an EV car and they do have free electric charging stations.
