When we got to the property, they informed us that they were overbooked and only had one room left in the hotel and still had to turn people away because they were more reservations where people hadn’t checked in yet. We reserved a double Queen Suite with a sofa bed, we needed the three beds, but the only room they had left was a room with a King bed and a sofa. When we got to the room and pulled out the sofa bed, there was two big blood stains on the mattress protector. I called down to the front desk to let them know, they did apologize. We informed them that we wouldn’t be sleeping there and she said they understood but they didn’t have any other rooms Available. They would not refund my money because she said I booked a non cancellation room on Expedia. So I told her because my room had a blood stain on the bed and they couldn’t give me another room that wasn’t my fault. As we were there another couple was coming in to check in and she told them they didn’t have any rooms available either. Then she asked them if they were going to use the sofa bed and they said no, so she told them she could give them a king room that just because available but the sofa bed was broke, pretty sure this was the room I just hav where the keys back for. We ended up driving a mile or so down the road and got another room, but I am still out the money for this room. If I was you, go down the road and don’t stay here.

First my room didn't have any heat and they moved me to a bigger room the TV was acting and the next morning at 7:00sm the power went in the hole hotel and they don't have a generator to back up the power.so me and my wife checked out.

I was ready to give a 5 star review because the reception I received upon arrival was great and my room was clean with an exception of a few minor areas in the bathroom. My main complaint was the breakfast room attendant. I'm a person with a disability and went to fix my plate when the attendant offered to assist me, I kindly declined because I knew I can handle it myself. However, she walked away but continued to watch me. Came back and insisted on helping, grabbed my plate and said, if you drop this, we're going to have a problem. Because of my encounter with her, I am leaving this review and will not plan on visiting again. I already had a procedure the day before and was not feeling very well. Customer service and hospitality can make or break the experience. Businesses seem to struggle with the importance of patience, tact and kindness. If I can't get those things, I take my business somewhere else.

I had the room 102 with the jetted tub and the shower was dirty. The wall and floor had mold on it. I asked them to switch me to another room with the jetted tub and there wasn’t any more available so what I paid for I didn’t get. 227 was a king suite and the remote was missing and there wasn’t any face towel left in the room to wash up with.

Clean room The bed was big but the pillows were way too soft for my significant other and I. As soon as we laid our head down onto the pillows it melted like some softened butter and we didn't like that. The bed was firmer than the pillows. Other than that, it was a fine stay.
